William has traveled to many of the locations that he mentions in his books to investigate the truth for himself, and he has researched further on the subject matter, which he states will be a life-times work. He has come to the conclusion that there is a select group of super-powerful and extremely-wealthy families who control every government in the world. William has written and published his books to open the eyes of the general population who want to be enlightened to the truth, and the truth is the world has been deceived by an elite group who have been called by many names throughout history, but are known today as the Illuminati, who are led by Lucifer. Within the pages of his books William reveals the greatest deception ever orchestrated.

Reading this book, The great deception 2036 was a great deception. The book has many writing errors. William, you need to learn some spanish. At this point I can't tell if this is a sci fi book or if it's supposed to be a real thing. The book ends with no conclusion. The author seems to be a heartless racist at some point against latin american population and at some point seems to be neutral. The author talks about very interesting topics but provides no good evidence. Again, you find writing errors, not only on the spanish texts but on the english ones. I have to be very honest, I completed to book to see how it ends but it was a waste of time and money.

Not Bad but Not Great

PLOT: Ellie meets Samuel in a club and goes home with him. Their two nights together lead to consequences.

PROS: The author has a good voice and is an excellent writer. I love reading stories written in first person.

CONS: I believe one of the following to be true: Either the author is white or this story was written with a white heroine and the story was altered to make it interracial. There are a few clues. Ellie’s blushes and pink lips despite her dark skin are two inconsistencies. The fact that she washes her hair in the shower is another. If there had been a discussion of her hair type, I would have found this more believable. Or if she’d gotten out of the shower and immediately applied product to her hair, it would have been credible. I recall telling a co-worker that if I washed my hair everyday it would dry up and fall out. She looked shocked. But I suppose I got what I deserved for breaking my own rules and buying a book with the word “billionaire” or blatant references to race in the title.

Ellie and Samuel aren’t fleshed out that well. She’s in love with him after exactly two nights with him though she knows virtually nothing about him. They don't even date. He doesn’t treat her that well. He sounds cute, but he’s not really all that likeable.

Notice my plot summary says that their nights together lead to consequences? Note that I did not include the word "unexpected." The two of them never use or discuss protection. I'd say the results should have been pretty well expected.

The ending is okay. It’s not a cliffhanger, but it does leave the story open for more. Personally, I’m done. Just as I like getting a complete meal at a restaurant, I like reading a complete story in one sitting. I liked the author’s style, but I don’t do sequels when there’s no good reason the story couldn’t have been told all at once.

OF NOTE: The setting is New York but even before Ellie pulled a package of “crisps” off her refrigerator, I knew the author was not American. There’s a certain vibe about it. It’s not a bad thing and I wouldn’t have cared if the story were based in London or Sydney.

3 STARS: I have hesitated to write any book reviews lately because I wanted to write a positive review. I don’t want to discourage writers. But I lately I haven’t run across a book that makes me stand up and cheer. I’d be willing try this author again someday if the book is complete.

When are these authors going to start writing a complete short story. I refuse to continue paying for books 2-50.

What the heck

What the heck is up with this influx of authors who are writing stories in parts instead of a whole book. Nothing upsets me more than feeling incomplete at the end of a story, I feel like the author is just trying to get my more of my money because they were to busy trying to rush a book out for someone to read and for them to make money. I am not saying I don't like book series about one couple because I do I have read several series about one couple, however in any of those books if that book was the end of the series I would feel like it's a completed book. With that being said this book isn't one I am going to be trying to read the rest of, I am sorry but they don't know each other all they do is have sex. She won't even get the courage to text him after she gets his number unless he texts her first and even then it seems she doesn't respond. However I should have known better with this book, like someone else said usually when the title references the race and the wealth it doesn't turn out to be a good book. I apologize Ms. Jackson I will not be buying another one of your books.
